Going to post a new artist every week. Discussion will be based around which is the best album from each artists discography. To start off for this first week, the artist at hand will be JAY Z. His longevity in the genre is rivaled by few when consistency is taken into account. Through this time, he has also been able to stay as one of the relevant faces in hip-hop.

Similar to @CharlieWork 's Viewing/Listening threads, the person who decides next week's discussion will be chosen from the pool of contributors, so on and so forth. I will enter everyone in who has replied several times over the week and/or made a lengthy, well written post.

To determine each weeks winner, there will be a ranking system. Rank the top 5 albums released by the artist.

1st Place = 5 Points
2nd Place = 4 Points
3rd Place = 3 Points
4th Place = 2 Points
5th Place = 1 Point
