    No. You have 1 year to use your free Windows 10 copy, but once you use it you have it forever. You aren't just forced to pay for it after the year. Come on now man :comeon:

Windows 10 is a free upgrade, for a limited time, for qualified Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 devices. All you have to do is reserve your place and wait for a notification to upgrade when July comes.
