Step 1 : Go to Settings
Step 2 : Search for Device Info and click on it
Step 3 : Search for Buildnumber and click on it 7 times, until Developer Mode is activated
Step 4 : Now go back to the Main Settings and search for a new option named Developer Options and click on it
Step 5 : Search for the Drawing category and change the following options to 0.5X :
- Window Animation Scale
- Transition Animation Scale
- Animation Duration Scale

Now you're done and your applications will start up much faster and your Samsung will react faster!
