    I got riches because I never went into debt. Stop occurring it and get out of it by yourself.

    Lots of people are proud of there 700-something credit score... I'm proud of my 0 credit score.

    The literally French translation of "Mortgage" is "Death Contract"... Never had one of those... Spent my late teens and early 20's avoiding rent and figuring out how to buy real estate in cash.

    I s--- at job interviews Res and it's holding me back. I feel like I know the right things to say and how to handle myself but I'm just not good at it and not good at thinking of answers on the spot. Got any tips?

    Join a trade union and temp placement agencies... You'll get jobs without interviews. I'm vested in two trade unions and on the list of every temp agency in my city.
