Jun 10, 2024 With all this Pitbull talk I was tempted to change my pick to one of his albums lol But honestly as much as I love some of his songs, I don't listen to a full album either. So, lets move on from rap: Lorde - Melodrama Aside from Greenlight I don't think this album had songs on the radio really. Some people on here certainly know it, but I'm sure a lot of people also don't. It definitely is one of my favorite albums OAT. I will share my thoughts later, have fun @AOTWClub

Much appreciated!) First off, I wanna say the transitions on this album are f---ing nuts, I didn’t even realize that “Forgive Me Jesus” ended and “Kenan Vs. Kel” started, INSANE. This album just confirms to me that I’m a sucker for songs that would sound amazing live, sounds great in my headphones/earbuds, and also details in production/effects that sound insane (ex. In “Grimy Waifu” on the line that goes “They thinkin’ Tinder with the topic”). The “J. Cole” adlib at the start of “PTSD” made me laugh too, I just like the personality that’s presented in this album. It’s random but it’s good and entertaining. It reminds me of how Tyler has evolved his music so much, but keeps his personality in his music regardless. There were many times I was terrified that my airpod speakers were gonna blow up in my ears though, very loud music, but I f--- with it haha. Helena Deland’s feature on “Free The Frail” was absolutely gorgeous. Production was insane, rapping was on point and entertaining, only song I didn’t like was Beta Male Strategies. Just wasn’t into it like the other songs. While I do feel the last half of the album is stronger than the first half, I still thought this album was fantastic all around! I have been wanting to check out Peggy’s work, so this was a good entry point! Must be a Zoomer thing. Thanks for the pick @Evad ! @Justin Trudeau @AOTWClub
