Now that the year is ending, time to give a quick rundown of how this year was a Major Turnaround sucess year for Marvel!

Agatha officially passed Loki S2 and was the highest rated Disney+ series since 2021. Also one of the most viewed Disney+ marvel series to be streamed. Bob Iger, president of Disney said Agatha contributed to this past quarter’s record breaking performance… it has now won several indie Saturn awards and nominations for several daytime Emmy’s and critics choice awards. No one was expecting this show to be such a major hit for Disney+. It did even better than X-Men 97!

speaking of, next up is X-Men 97 that had multiple trending episodes with episode 5 (Gambits death) going viral and being ranked on many year end best episodes of the year list. The excitement of the show also kickstarted this years comeback, by bringing X-Men back to the forefront of marvel across multiple-Media! Season 2 is set for 2026.

Next up is Deadpool & Wolverine. Self explanatory, one of the biggest Movies of all time. It has entered the top 20 grossing films ever made! Yes. Literally 1.3 Billion. Only Marvel movies bigger are Avengers, Spiderman, and black panther films. Insane. Other then the Oscar’s for best visual effect noms, the Massive profit, and putting Deadpool & Wolverine back on top of Pop culture this summer; the movie also regain trust from MCU fans. Multiple records at the box office, including the biggest R rated movie Ever made. The biggest triumph was setting the multiverse saga back on track and giving the fans what they want. Even still today it’s the most watched movie on digital this decade. An insane Smash hit.

Also Echo made a splash this January when it became one of the Hulu & Disney+ shows. and also the first ever MCU rated MA mature show. The series was the first MCU shows that reached older demographics at a 35-65 age bracket. The 5th most watched series on streaming at the start of the year via Nielsen charts. Along with Agatha, it has the best retention rat of marvel streaming shows.

finally Marvel Made another Major announcement with Robert Downey Jr confirming to be Doctor Doom for the Next 2 Avengers movie this summer at comic con. The Russo brothers are returning to direct, as well as the Writers from Endgame & Infinity war. But marvel also gave us multiple great trailers for thier next year of films leading into the Event Avengers Movies! With Captain America 4 being a Politcal thriller Red Hulk movie! Thunderbolts being a new Team of Super Soldier level characters. And Fantastic Four, the first family of Marvel! Spider-Man 4 was confirmed this year as well. With Fiege confirming The Mutant saga will be the next phases of Marvel following the conclusion of the Multiverse in 2027! Oh and how can I forget Daredevil starting the year on Disney plus next year!

all in all this was by far the best year to be a MCU fan since post pandemic. And with recent news of Chris Evans return, Spiderman 4 being insane, and X-Men on the horizon…. Yeah MCU is cooking

as far as entertainment, it’s not my favorite. I just watched for King Pin and Daredevil being it it. Also the bowling alley fight scenes were sick.

All these fake excuses. Actual film critics and Journalists entire jobs relay on it. You do realize that? It’s an aggregate score from actual industry critics, not just random people can make them. People can only edit the audience score. You can’t review bomb or inflate a critic score. Once again showing you don’t actually know what the h--- you’re talking about. Hahaha

This is the problem with the internet in 2024. People just believe misinformation and give thier opinions without taking 2 seconds to fact check. So much rampant ignorance. Bro really said RT is fake, even tho that’s literally what studios use to gauge reception on films. Same as Cinema Scores that affect the legs of movies staying in theaters. These metrics 100% do affect the performance of the films for the general audience.

You can’t separate personal opinions about a product and it’s genuine sucess. You can’t fake actual streaming records or box office. The people are watching.

If a pool of 1,000 critics rate it similarly then that’s the average percentage is calculated to make that score. Dumbass, it don’t meant that every critic rated it 96% or 84%.
