if you read the full article you would know that, it was Disney’s top 3 most viewed series on the platform the entire year. Via the CEO himself stating the series was profitable, and it increased subscribers to the app after the previous year Disney lost a record number of subs, which is why it had a less percentage of viewers compared to thier peak in the streaming era.
