why? the production is fantastic and so are the use of all the features/contributions

drips has an unnecessarily juvenile and kinda just gross obie trice verse, a good em verse, but is just unnecessary as far as the entire album goes.

Ofcourse not, but I feel that TEs, the lyrics and production is overall better then MBDTF. I can see why some like mbdtf more, and it is my favourite of the two albums but not the better of the two.

you're overlooking the fact that TES's highs are much higher, and they eat up most of the album.
a 10/10 TES song is a masterpiece, whereas a 10/10 MBDTF is only a borderline classic

I think your view is too simplistic. that MBDTF has fewer lows shouldn’t in itself make it the better album by default. this assumes e.g. White America and Runaway are equals. I don't think they are
