Oct 21, 2024 I’m not sure how I feel about the sample on the hook yet but other than that it’s a decent song with beautiful sounds that I expect from Tyler. The theme of paranoia is something people can really relate to right now. I’m curious to find out more about what this mask he’s wearing is about and what these shipping containers are about. Could it have something to do with human trafficking or slaves? Just a thought. Perhaps the mask is the emotionless face the world expects him to put on as a black man.
Oct 21, 2024 I think this character could also be seen as someone who is supposed to be some sort of leader figure for those who are lost. He makes them think he’s saving them when really he’s leading them right to their doom as seen in the ST. CHROMA video. Perhaps this character is only “performing” the paranoia to seem more relatable to these people that he’s leading to doom. What made me think this is his shadow around 2:00 in the NOID video is doing different things than he’s actually doing. The shadow is performing actions similar to those of the character in ST. CHROMA.
