    Tbh lil b is one of the most influential. His ad libs, his dance, the beats he uses, and his pretty gimmick (ASAP Rocky) among other things influenced alot of rappers. He's seen as a terrible rapper, while he's not great, he trolls on his popular songs because those get attention. He has some gems. Idk about wayne influencing much besides simile punchlines, which were used before his time, but lil b is definitely influential.
