Apr 4, 2025 b------ - Tyler, The Creator Score: 85 The score of this album might be a hot take, but there's just something about this album that draws me to it. You can probably tell that from my profile picture! I think it's just the raw sound of the album that I love, it's not a polished album by any means just due to Tyler's resources at the time, but there's something about it that tickles my brain. Some of my favorite Tyler songs land on here too, such as b------, Seven, French!, AssMilk, and VCR / Wheels. The aesthetic around this album, as with most Tyler albums, is intriguing. Now there are some bad/mid tracks on here (looking at you Parade, and ESPECIALLY Tina), but the classic/great tracks on here make up for the duds. Tyler had a great start to his career at this, at just 19!
Apr 7, 2025 Goblin - Tyler, The Creator Score: 65 Yeah honestly, this album isn't great. It's not an awful album, but you just know Tyler can do better. It's not even a case of knowing he goes on to make albums like IGOR, because even b------ was much better. There are a couple classic tracks on this album, y'all know the ones like Yonkers, She, Tron Cat. Some other good tracks in here, but man there are some absolutely s-----y songs on here. Fish and BSD are terrible bro. Anyways, this album is still an important staple in Tyler's discog, so I hate to disrespect it too much. Tyler, The Creator Ranked: 1. b------ - 85 2. Goblin - 65
Apr 8, 2025 Wolf - Tyler, The Creator Score: 100 YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, this album rules from start to finish, even Trashwang. It's a good time! The world building on this album is ridiculous, the production is gorgeous, and this is some of Tyler's best rapping. Idk how you give the album that has Rusty on it anything less than an 8. I tried to sit here and type out the standout tracks and realized I would be typing out a majority of the album. Tyler did his thing with this project. Tyler, The Creator Ranked: 1. Apr 8, 2025 Cherry Bomb - Tyler, The Creator Score: 80 Another hot take anyone? This album is truly not as bad as everyone claims it is, and it is most definitely not his worst album. I can see how someone would not like certain tracks from this album, such as CHERRY BOMB, RUN, and KEEP DA O'S (I like RUN and KEEP DA O'S, but not CHERRY BOMB ), but there are so many great tracks on here. You got DEATHCAMP, BUFFALO, FIND YOUR WINGS, 2SEATER, BROWN STAINS..., f---ing YOUNG / PERFECT, SMUCKERS, OKAGA, CA like that's some amazing tracks right there. Anyways, this album is very overhated. Apr 9, 2025 Flower Boy - Tyler, The Creator Score: 95 An amazing album from Tyler and the start of his "new era" post Cherry Bomb. So many great tracks and so many great guest performances here. Do I even have to mention the production anymore? Tyler has always excelled with that. Many classic Tyler tracks on here too, Where This Flower Blooms, See You Again, Who Dat Boy, Pothole, Garden Shed, and Boredom all in a row is a CRAZY 6 track run (including Sometimes... as part of See You Again). Apr 9, 2025 IGOR - Tyler, The Creator Score: 100 Tyler's best album IMO and I cannot believe I did not like this album at first, but I was also a close minded 8th-9th grader when it dropped so I'm not surprised at the same time. Every track on here is f---ing amazing, and every guest appearance adds so so so SO much to the album. Yes, even Carti's verse where we didn't know what he was even saying for weeks. GONE, GONE / THANK YOU is generational, as is so many other tracks on this album. RUNNING OUT OF TIME has stuck with me for years and I wish he was playing it on this new tour. Apr 13, 2025 Latest 2 Tyler Album Reviews: CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST Score: 90 The first Tyler album to drop when I was a fan, so I have a lot of memories attached to this album especially since it dropped in the summer. It’s still a great album regardless of any nostalgia (can I even say nostalgia about something that was 4 years ago), including some of Tyler’s best rapping and production. The amount of times I have stared into space just listening to SWEET/ITYWTD and WILSHIRE, man those tracks got me through some s--- lmfao. Anyways, this album means a lot to me and will always have a special spot in my heart! CHROMAKOPIA SCORE: 95 Now this might be a hot take with a dabble of recency bias (and tour hype), but this album still continues to blow my mind on every listen. It’s everything I like about Tyler in one album. The extravagant rapping of albums like Wolf and Call Me mixed with the wonderful production throughout his entire career, this album just culminates EVERYTHING about Tyler for me. I have been brought to tears multiple times with this album, Like Him hits and i have 2 of the most loving parents in the world haha. Love how this album was built around being honest and his true self, yet he still created a character for it with St. Chroma to still work with the album narrative.
