I'm reviewing the differences between Eminem songs and the original versions.
The list was based on List All Eminem song by @Him Shadow
The Eminem origina/ demo songs:

1. Just a Two of Us - SSEP - 1997 : original sample
2. Just Don’t Give a f--- - SSEP - 1997 : original sample
3. If I Had… SSEP - 1997 : original sample
4. Bad Meets Evil - 1997 : 2:43 length, whole different beat, no intro and outro, whole different lyrics at Eminem’s first verse, some changed lyrics at Royce’s and Eminem’s verses.
5. Rock Bottom - 1997 : different beat, slow flow
6. Murder Murder - 1997 : original sample
7. I’m Shady - 1997 : complete different beat
8. c-m on Everybody - 1997 : totally different beat, without Dina Rae voice, intro (replaced with Get Down Tonight ). Eminem did the chorus, shorter than SSLP version 12 seconds
9. My Name Is - 1998 : different lyrics
10. Kim - 1998 : whole different beat, unmastered, shorter, the car sound at the end cutted.
11. Bizarre - No One's Iller (Demo Version) (feat. Swift, Eminem & Fuzz) - 1998 : different beat
12. The High & Mighty - The Last Hit (feat. Eminem) - 1999 : different beat, shorter than 18 seconds
13. Outsidaz - Rush Ya Clique (feat. Eminem) - 1999 : different beat, shorter than 39 seconds without the outro of Pacewon
14. Outsidaz - Macosa (feat. Eminem) - 1999 : different beat, there’s an official remix by DJ Butter one of Eminem early DJ's and best friends.
15. Eminem & Royce Da 5'9" - Nuttin' To Do - 1999 : original sample
16. The Kids - 1999 : no intro, 2:55 length, different hook and beat, unfinished third verse.
17. Role Model - 1999 : 2:34 length (shorter than SSLP version 93 seconds) without the second hook and the last part of second verse, different intro, unmastered, uncensored lyrics (Me and Marcus Allen was butt f---ing Nicole), different beat
18. Dr. Dre - What's The Difference (feat. Hittman & Eminem) - 1999 : Hittman was in the second verse instead of Xzibit, the beat was faster. Longer than the version in the Chronic 9 seconds.
19. Dr. Dre - Forgot About Dre (feat. Eminem) - 1999 : different beat, longer than the version in The Chronic 8 seconds at the end.
20. Royce Da 5'9" - Rock City (feat. Eminem) - 2002 : different beat, 8 seconds longer
21. Come One In ( feature D12 ) - 2003 : original sample
22. I Love You More - Straight From The Lab EP - 2003 : original sample
23. We As Americans - Straight From The Lab EP - 2003 : original sample
24. Hail Mary (feat. 50 Cent) - 2003 : without Busta Rhyme’s feature, without intro
25. Bump Heads (feat. 50 Cent, Tony Yayo & Lloyd Banks) - 2003 : longer than 6 seconds, different beat, different lyrics.
26. Trick Trick - Welcome 2 Detroit (feat. Eminem) - 2005 : original sample, wonder boys>cheddar boyz
27. Busta Rhymes - I'll Hurt You (feat. Eminem) - 2005 : created in Shade45, 24 seconds shorter, Trick Trick in the second verse, Eminem’s verse in the last.
28. Helleva - I Can Be (feat. Eminem) - 2007 : shorter than 17 seconds, without intro of Helluva at the beginning, different beat
29. Crack a Bottle (Demo Version) - 2008 : No 50 Cent, Eminem did Dre’s verses to show him how to do them.
30. Drake - Forever (feat. Kanye West, Lil Wayne & Eminem) - 2009
31. T.I. - That's All She Wrote (feat. Eminem) - 2010 : mastered, better beat.
32. Nicki Minaj - Roman's Revenge (feat. Eminem) - 2010 : Changed ending at Eminem’s first verse, changed hook.
33. Lloyd Banks - Celebrity (feat. Akon & Eminem) - 2010 : original sample
34. Eminem & Royce Da 5'9" - Living Proof - 2010 : original sample
35. Eminem & Royce Da 5'9" - Echo (feat. Liz Rodrigues) - 2010 : original sample
36. Dr. Dre - I Need A Doctor (feat. Eminem & Skylar Grey) - 2010 : different beats.
37. D12 - Fame - 2011 : aka Goin’ Crazy original sample
38. Obie Trice - Richard (feat. Eminem) - 2012 : unmastered

you should shout out to himshadow buddy. i just listed some original and demo songs. i will add more differences if you guys have any reviews so far and the download link of all Eminem original songs tomorrow.
