According to an anonymous plaintiff described by TMZ as a “Hollywood photographer,” the sexual assault occured after the Bad Boy boss arranged a meeting with the photographer in a trailer to discuss advancing his career. While in the trailer, the man claims Diddy made sexual advances toward him and unzipped his pants. In the suit, it is alleged the mogul told the photographer: “If you s--- right I’ll make your career take off.” “You got the potential to be the best photographer if you do it right” The photographer, who is straight, claims he performed oral sex on Diddy under threat and that when the “Benjamins” hitmaker climaxed, he ordered the man to hold his semen in his mouth “like a squirrel.” The plaintiff says he did not comply with that demand, prompting Diddy to threaten him and kick him out of the trailer. The alleged incident happened in either 2022 or 2023 and left the man with emotional trauma, according to the suit. Through his legal team, Diddy has denied the allegations, saying: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
