    because Eminem sounds like an old man trying to rap with no discernible talent or prior experience. everything about his voice, rhythm and delivery is laughably amateurish and very unpleasant to the ear. does he have brain damage or something? how could he fall off THIS hard?

    seriously, listen to this and then the snippet again and you'll (hopefully) see what I mean

    yes I get that. everyone has their opinions. comparing it to older stuff just makes it seem more worse than it is. that's one of the bigger problems. being held to that pedestal makes people expect better from him (which is understandable after his incredible run).

    I still have confidence that his next solo will be good. he never uses the same style for two solos.

    Been saying this so much. He sounds off beat, out of sync. As if he takes a random verse and a random beat and put the two together. He forgot how music is supposed to sound. He should concentrate on the melody and how the finished product sounds instead of trying to fit 350 words in a single line and disregarding the way it sounds on the beat.
