Jul 6, 2015 Is he? What would have to happen for him to do it? What artists/producers would he have to work with? What would he have to change? Should it be a sequel (Still Infinite, TES2, SSLP2)? Or A brand new concept? Discuss. * I'm sure this thread has been posted before but good convo is good convo.
Jul 6, 2015 prime classic? nah modern day recovery like? might be i dont think he is capable of letting go of his new bad flow tho
Jul 6, 2015 This section is like a job evaluation of Em. My answer is YES. I'll always believe in Shady.
Jul 6, 2015 I think he is. his flow was better on KND and we all thought the same when he turned to the Recovery flow. to answer OP, yes, I think he has what it takes to make another classic in modern terms. Not one that is as good as the first three, but one that can at least be compared to those three. a definitive fourth best.
Jul 6, 2015 Kings Never Die was the first time since 2013 where we got a shimmer of hope towards turning his flow around. Modern Day Classic Yes. Prime Eminem Classic No.
Jul 6, 2015 I totally believe that if Dre is involved he could release his best post hiatus album. But he can never top what he once was.
Jul 6, 2015 Get rid of that fast choppy flow with a s--- delivery n get dre on the album and youll have a classic
Jul 6, 2015 f--- that modern classic s---. He still can release a CLASSIC. Just imagine recovery with dre.
Jul 6, 2015 No, he's totally lost his ear for music. In 2015 it's an earth-shattering achievement just for him to put something out that doesn't totally s---
Jul 6, 2015 d--- that's a pretty strong statement. For me Production: Dre/Kanye/Bass Brothers Features: singers: Lana Del Rey, Sia, Adelle, The Weeknd, Frank Ocean (ONLY TWO Rappers: Kendrick/Xzibit/Chance/Joey/Cole/Dre/Snoop/Kanye/Drake TES FLOW All that and your golden
Jul 6, 2015 Whatever he drops won't top his first 3 but he can still put out a dope album imo. Classic though ? No
Jul 6, 2015 Hilarious how all this thread is "change flow get a better flow fix his flow" but nothing to do at all with lyrics or topics for songs nothing just pure flow
Jul 6, 2015 I just have a really strong feeling after hearing Kings Never Die that he will put it all together in his next album. He's adjusted to criticisms in each album (Recovery - accent, MMLP2 - yelling) and I think he will do so in his next album with the word-overstuffed bars. Also just seeing Dre in his video gave me a feeling of assurance that he would play a big part in production of his next album, which should make Em flow a little smoother (Drop The Bomb on Em, The Warning, etc). As long as he doesn't rap about fast food then his subject matter shouldn't be a problem. I agree with your suggestions too.
