Jul 6, 2015 I've said it before... he's got all the pieces to the puzzle... just needs to put them in the right places.
Jul 6, 2015 that will never happen without proper guidance, and chances are he will always be surrounded by nothing but yes-men
Jul 6, 2015 it's dope he's working with Dre again (supposedly) but he's proven himself to be one of the worst yes-men in Em's circle... dude allowed Encore and Relapse to release... the f---?
Jul 7, 2015 On the way to work Phenomenal on full blast http://s2.favim.com/orig/36/eminem-f----you-f----you-bro-Favim.com-293735.gif
Jul 7, 2015 Would love for him to back away from motivational songs. Modern Em is 'almost' like a one trick pony.
Jul 7, 2015 He cant even wrtite a single classic verse anymore, nevermind a full album. not happening.
Jul 7, 2015 He should just release an album full of MMLP/TES/SSLP leftovers, closest he can get to a classic album
Jul 7, 2015 Relapse is a f---ing masterpiece as far as production goes, also Encore had a few great tracks
Jul 7, 2015 He has so many things to fix up on if he wants to make another classic again. This is literally impossible. - His beat selection nowadays is poor (most of the time) - Many of his modern day songs have pointless, s--- filler lines where he'll go completely off tangent, or rhyme words for the sake of it - His ability to create a good hook seems to have deteriorated, to compensate we usually get a generic female chorus handed to him ... and the biggest issue: his voice/flow his voice is getting worse imo, as is his flow. Eminem used to have one of the BEST voices in hip hop, now he probably has the worst. This song is a prime example. How can anyone enjoy this? His voice is corny as h---, he's rhyming words for the sake of it and the flow is all over the place I'd much rather listen to a song like The Apple (which is by no means a great song), purely because his flow and voice sound ok to me. I don't like phenomenal, and I'm indifferent to KND - both for the same reason. Even though he s----d bad from 2004-2007 I find his music A LOT more tolerable than the music he puts out today. Eminem is too far gone now to amend all of the above. After Recovery, an album I rate, I thought he was on the up and had it in him to create something even better. HTS, MMLP2 and his efforts on Shady XV have all been piss poor. Nothing will change for the better from now on, the last classic he released was 13 years ago and it will remain that way.
Jul 7, 2015 Wait, wait, did you just put voice as one of the biggest issues ? What exactly does he have to fix ? Absolutely nothing, since he didn't forget a thing. Have you ever heard about a thing called experimenting ? Yeah, he's doing that right now with the tracks, he doesn't want to repeat the same s--- with the same flow, so he experiments with them, they are a challenge, something he enjoys doing. His hooks are awful ? I'll give you a point for that, though his hook on All I Think About is dope af. I should have stopped taking your post seriously the very same minute you told Recovery is something you rate while MMLP2 was a piss poor. Like, are you one of those twelve year girls who became Eminem fan after hearing love the way you lie ? Cause it's just insane how a recovery Eminem, who has probably the worst lyricism in his career, his flows are bad af, his beats are bad af compared to MMLP2 Em, who had dope beats, dope lyricism and most certainly DOPE FLOWS. I mean there must be something wrong with your ears, when you think any recovery songs combined can compete against Groundhog Day, against Bad Guy, against Rhyme Or Reason, against Ewil Twin.
