23. Where I Came From



For the longest time Beast Mode was my least favorite mixtape out of the 3 he has released in the past year. I never understood why @Narsh's favorite tape was this one, Beast Mode. Over the past month I've completely fell in love with this mixtape. I under-appreciated the simplistic yet fantastic production throughout the whole tape.

With DS2 right around the corner I figured why not post the track that made future a next level artist.

The way he starts the song off with, I'm on that p---- C,I'm on that DJ Screw,I'm on that Big Hawk,I don't know what to do,Pour up a 3 or 4My sprite so dirty fool,My b---- remind me all the time 'that drink will k--- you
It's truly mesmerizing.
Soon after he just spits bars over that amazing piano riff.

1. Day 1 (Featuring Yo Gotti)



This is one of the Future tracks that made me a fan.

The way he starts the song off with, I just f----- up a whole check on my rollie

And my coupe is so official, runnin around with pistols

Yo Gotti doesn't bring much to the table on this one.

To the common Future fan, this song is most likely known to them. In my opinion, it is arguably one of his best songs to date as well. If you aren't big into Future, this is one of his more accessible songs to start with.

Future brings a lot of energy to this track. This is one of my personal favorites from him.

Although Honest was viewed as a disappointment to many, including Future himself, due to its pop-like vibe i want to point out a very high and energetic song that stands out on the tracklist in 'covered n money'. the song starts out with Future rattling off these lyrics which shows you just how much he loves the rich life

7. Fo Real


in honor of Drake putting on a show of both future songs and his own songs, this was a standout track to me when FBG: The Movie dropped. Future lead the track and Drake did not disappoint with his feature. As they always seem to do, they played off of each other very well and produced a great track.
