Future When did you get into Future?

    It sounds like we have fans who got into him at a variety of times based upon what I've read in a few topics. I'm admittedly pretty late in the game, as I only really began to like him as an artist earlier this year.

    I first heard him in the XXL Freshman cypher in 2012. After that I'd heard him on a few features like Love Me and such and I downloaded the Dirty Sprite mixtape but wasn't really a fan of it other than its titular track. I wasn't really feeling Pluto or Honest (though I loved Move That Dope) when they dropped either.

    I tried Beast Mode at @Narsh's recommendation earlier in the year, but I wasn't on board with his aesthetic until I listened to Monster a little bit later and it clicked with me for some reason. I'm not sure why it took me until Monster to come around, but after that I began to love 56 Nights/Beast Mode etc.

    I got into Future a little before he dropped Pluto. I wasn't into him then like I am now. He really made me become a fan after his run in the past year. P

    first him when turn on the lights dropped. was my favorite f---in song for the longest but never really felt like getting into Pluto for whatever reason

    Back when everyone and their mom was playing Tony Montana, I listened to Pluto but I wasn't too big on it because I was dumb and still transitioning out of my stupid backpacker phase...Slowly started to appreciate his music more by the time Honest dropped and 3 excellent mixtapes later I'm convinced he's living up to his Dungeon Family roots.

    when i heard news or somthin the day it dropped. before that i had always been a fan of his hooks/features but had only heard a few of his solo songs. i couldnt stop listening to news or somthin and decided to check out the 3 recent mixtapes and ive been hooked ever since

    Wasn't really into his style of rap for a while. When honest dropped I listened to that and though a few songs were cool but he didn't really appeal to me. After hearing a few cuts from monster around town and in school I decided to give Beast Mode a listen when it dropped, and zaytoven made him click for me. I then went back to monster and loved it, and relistened to honest and I f--- with d--- near every song on there. Just recently started bumping 56 Nights. I've heard a few tints like astronaut status but idk when I heard those future still wasn't clicking for me, so I need to go back and listen to his older s---.

    Before the bandwagoners. I was following him since Same d--- Time dropped. Became a fan after honest which i thought was an underrated album. His mixtape run has been incredible though. Really cemented his place in hiphop.

    Liked Honest but hated him otherwise, tried to get into Monster but got bored, listened to Beast Mode & 56 Nights and the same story. But when he announced a new album a few days ago I knew I had to hop on the bandwagon. So I relistened to the tapes and they're dope.

    when I heard Codeine Crazy last year. that s--- blew my mind. also monster is my fav. album/mixtape by fewtch.
