Do you mean Maki, the tall girl, who's all tsundere for the mc? Cause she's f---ing goat, and one of my favorite characters out there, lol. The way she refuses to grapple and calls it "gay", made me lol.

And yeh that's a refreshing thing about this series is how there's no Takamuras or people who are boringly invincible who just love to fight to fight (takamura is great don't get it twisted), but each character feels like someone you'd meet in real life. Their motivations are all realistic and poignant, like that bald instructor who lost his fight and says how it's not all fun and games being an mma fighter, h--- even random minor characters before a fight, you get an interesting and believable back story as to why they started fighting.

And yeh, epics can also s---. Most battle shounen fit that criteria like naruto and bleach, and they're horse manure of the highest caliber.

yeah she's a great character, love her interactions with her family lol (when she gets that lunch box from him and they all go crazy when she's washing it. Too bad I don't remember what chapter that was lol. I want to reread it)

To be fair, these kinds of people exist in real life, for most sports (like some crazy dude that it seems no one would be able to beat and just does it for the fun of it) like Adam Ondra in rock climbing.

I do like how they do this, wish it was more prevalent in other manga

Somewhere along the line, Watamote went from hilariously cringeworthy to highkey depressing

They even took a stab at K-ON ;_;

Finished

It has a unique sarcastic aesthetic to it and golden storytelling. Characters are pure gold.

If you can handle watching a character that has all your worst traits, and goes through the most cringeworthy situations possible, watch it. If not, stay away.

I'd give it an 8/10 like p much every anime I've ever watched lol

Just read all the chapters of My Teenage romcom SNAFU and it's great I even started reading the light novels lol

It does, and it's really slow. Like sub snail level. I know because I binged it.

It was pretty good though, even MC-kun is uneatable at times (which he probably is supposed to be)

Yeah it's the same with the LNs lol.
In 2 books they only got through 1 school festival. Normally that's like 1 or 2 chapters/episodes at most
