It's simultaneously disjointed and cohesive and there's a strong sense of urgency. It pulls you through this trip of aggression and anger and pride and loss and hopelessness until Kanye somehow ends up in love on Bound 2. I love it. It might be my favorite album of all time.Lil Squeed, ArthurDW, Groovy Tony and 3 others like this. -

-Love the production on it. Maybe it isn't the most experimental hip-hop production ever, but for someone on the level of Kanye to take that risk and have it pay off, it's great.
-What Kanye lacks in lyricism he makes up for it with pure energy/charisma and quotables. It's a strangely catchy album.
Those are my main two reasons for liking it.Sign Language, DKC, Mike Tyson and 2 others like this. -

Really weird album, if ever an album was overrated and underrated at the same time its this one
I mean it consists of some amazing songs which I love, but there's a few s-----y songs which I could never really get into
Surely I can't be the only person who was left underwhelmed by this after MBDTF? I did expect more but the album is extremely unique in its own right and is definitely a grower. I appreciate it much more today than I did on its release date.
Not for everyone but a solid 8/10 for meBlogs McGooch, King Tadpole and Groovy Tony like this. -
