Jul 31, 2015 Meek getting clowned so hard on social media. Knew this would happen. The diss is decent. But its a popularity contest.
Jul 31, 2015 It's not just the diss, it's the combination of the diss and everything else that led up to "Wanna Know" that makes this so bad. We waited 6 days for this?
Jul 31, 2015 http://allhiphop.com/2015/07/30/fun...ntin-miller-reference-tracks-for-drake-songs/ I don't have a problem with these really to be honest, unless a lot more of them came out. I can tell exactly what they're doing. Q can't really structure songs the way Drake can but he can come up with flows and some lines so he comes up with a verse and a hook and sends it to Drake which sets the song up for him essentially but Drake is still writing most of the song. This is also very common and is more of collaborative songwriting, it's hard to really hate on this unless he does it on every single song and he's been doing it his whole career on every song, at this point it's just kind of nitpicking him. Drake is so cautious about not saying he directly kills people or saying he sells drugs. He changed Quentin's line from "I might go Tony Montana and cop me some Shaq at the free throw...bricks" to a 2 bar reference to his boys copping the bricks lol. Golden boy wins!
Jul 31, 2015 Obviously people are going to call this weak since he's attacking drake, but this was still a good diss, think drake hit harder blows on back to back, but both are pretty good tracks, i got some good tracks that i can bump so im happy, wont complain about more though
Jul 31, 2015 Thats what everyone said about the reference tracks..... And he came through with them. So I believe the boi got pissed on.
Jul 31, 2015 This is like one of the only funny memes to come out of all this. f---ing corny twitter n----s everywhere though
Jul 31, 2015 So what mustve originally sparked this, we can assume, would be that Meek noticed Drake crediting Quentin on his album?
