Aug 2, 2015Well, I went from being a foreman for dirtwork in town... Which meant I mostly spent my time in an office or my work truck doing paperwork... 6 to 7 days a week about 80 hours a week. I ate taco bell a lot and drank a lot of monster (not diet) energy drinks at work and probably 8 or 9 beers to help me sleep at night. When I was at home I just slept and watched TV and got my d-ck s----d and rode.
I've been at that awhile... Over a year I guess... That work dried up and I went to get the same kind of job this February and had to pass a "fit test" (run up and down stairs with a heart monitor on get my blood pressure checked ect,.) I weighed 300lbs then (good guess, Hasbro) I failed the fit test because my heart rate was too fast on the stairs.
I crashed dieted and started running 20 miles a day and lost 20lbs in ten days and took the test again for a different job (scaffolding foreman). I past the test and got the job.
I'm a lot more active at this job (I build tall scaffolding out of semi heavy components), the work is far a away from booze and taco bell... It's 7 days a week and I work out everyday and mindful of what I eat. I can f--- standing up holding her in my arms now.
Everyday for 56 days in a row, I wake up at 3am, I work out from 3:30am to 4:30am, I'm at my physically demanding job @ 5:00am seven days a week, I work until 6:00pm. I eat a protien heavy/carb light dinner and am asleep before 8pm.
I get 14 day R and R's and so far I have been very active on my R and R's with hiking, swimming, fishing and marathon sex.
This is me in November in Central Park, NYC. I don't know how much I weighed then... But it was a lot.
Here's me in July in Anchorage... I weighed 240 at the time and I'm 10lbs lighter now.

what's sad is it's getting to a point where larger people are saying "respect, respect our bodies, we love them" and s--- like that, but at the same time they are bashing and hating on skinny people? Okay I get you want to feel good in your own skin. that's good, I'm happy for you. People shouldn't bully you or whatever, but don't be a f---ing hypocrite make others feel like s--- because they are skinny and not... some peoples' issues seem to be they lack the confidence to do it on their own. like if you can't do it, don't be afraid to ask for help. that shouldn't be a problem. but if you're gonna do absolutely nothing about it, don't complain.Ordinary Joel, Groovy Tony and M.I.C. like this. -

Length of life doesn't really bother me. I just wanna get thru my 20s and I'll be happy. I'm fat and I've been exercising not just for length of life purposes cuz idc about that but more to feel and look healthier, y'know.Ordinary Joel, Groovy Tony and Mike Tyson like this. -

I actually just lost around 50 pounds, and I'm continuing to cut weight till I reach my goal. I was 270 in April, I've cut down to around 215-220 (last time I weighed myself, like a week ago). Goal weight is 180, then I'm gonna lift and B*** myself back up to like 220-240.
