Aug 3, 2015 Is it for the fans or does he feel the need to change All that I know is that it's getting to the point that his identity is becoming alien The only music he has put out recently with his original idendity is KND and maybe Fine Line even though the delivery and flow is terrible on it
Aug 3, 2015 He always says that he wants each album to sound different than the others. Which he has deff succeeded in doing.
Aug 3, 2015 Lyrical content, the bridge Obviously the hook and production has no nostalgic feeling to it
Aug 3, 2015 I don't really see it... I feel like KND is pretty generic, I don't hate it but it doesn't remind me of his old music at all
Aug 3, 2015 Exactly. I could open a restaurant and serve sandwiches with s--- in them to be different, but, at the end of the day, it's still a s--- sandwich. Em's been serving us some real s--- sandwiches these days.
Aug 3, 2015 I can tolerate the fast flow on tracks like Speedom and Rap God but it doesn't seem to fit anywhere else Relapse style and flow only worked for a few songs The only style that really worked for me is the Recovery style and yeah he yelled a lot but he actually sounded like Eminem
Aug 3, 2015 Oh yeah for sure. I think as fans, if he still has it in him, would love to see A TES again.
Aug 3, 2015 So he doesn't sound like Drake, meaning every song and album doesn't sound exactly the same.
Aug 3, 2015 His slow MMLP2 style on tracks like "Rhyme Or Reason", " a------ " & "Brainless" is the closest he's gotten to classic Em aside from "Ridaz", " Going Through Changes" and "The Warning"
Aug 3, 2015 I think he's obsessed with trying to be innovative and trying to constantly evolve. Unfortunately it hasn't been for the best lately.
