    Different YG. The bangers are different on here. They aren't crazy in your face type bangers like mkl the bangers here are more old school feel to them.

    Why you always hating hook stuck in my head. Im unbomfortable at work cause of this album smh

    Honestly it looks as if the album is gonna have near-universal acclaim among fans. This might be one of those times it doesn't matter. Regardless, Spin already gave it a rave, my piece has some glowing criticism in it...I'd expect this is a consensus top-five rap album of this year.

    Yeah the "LAAAWWWWD" is the best part of the whole album for me.

    Yours. Lots of great rap music--lots of great G-Funk--has tons of misogyny in it, but "She Wish She Was" has it as the central concept and kind of never strays from it. Even "b------s Ain't s---" had Snoop rapping about getting out of jail. In 2016, I think songs that are that sexist only read well when they're supposed to make the listener uneasy; this is just supposed to be riding music and it kinda shoots itself in the foot in that regard.

    I see, I was fearing that maybe the song had some ironic undertone I didnt get because my English wasn't good enough.. but I read couple times the lyrics and yeah, it just makes me uncomfortable. I already had my internal debate about until when we will tolerate this misoginy in hip hop (and everything else of course). And it sucks because I love rap and YG's record.

    I think you have to engage with art on the art's own terms, and that includes work that articulates different political or social views than your own--to an extent. YG's always been wildly regressive on gender, but (to me) it's never derailed a song the way it does here.
    I mean, maybe, it's not a ridiculous notion. But as much as I love the Untitled tape, nothing Kendrick's done since gkmc approaches Summertime 06, h--- Can Wait, My Krazy Life, or this.
