    Well guys you know I have some of the most off the wall opinions on this forum and here comes another one: Compton is atrocious. It's flat out awful. How anyone can even consider this album good let alone a classic is beyond me. There are only two good songs on the album (Medicine Man and My Diary). The rest is almost unlistenable to me. Every hook sounds like Drake or Missy Elliott. Every verse sounds like Kendrick Lamar. Dre's voice sounds different too. Sometimes I can't tell if it's him rapping or somebody else. The reason Dre's first two albums were classics is because there's songs on those albums that will still be played at parties 20 years from now. This album literally does not have one song I would play at a party. Oh and by the way, whats with the production? This is a f---ing Dr. Dre album! There is literally not one impressive beat on here. All I can say is I'm thankful that I illegally downloaded this instead of buying it. If you wanna buy some new music go get the Southpaw Soundtrack, because that's a far better album than this piece of s---.

    Maybe it'll grow on me. I hope it does. But a classic album shouldn't have to do that.

    I'm very thankful that we got My Diary and Eminem's fantastic Medicine Man verse. But other than that... :vom:

    Game's LAX album is better than this.

    @Noid I'd like your opinion on this. As someone whose about the same age as me that grew up with the first two Dre albums, how do you think this one compares? I think there is no comparison.

    The f---ing Phryme song on the Southpaw Soundtrack has a better beat than any beat on this album.
