    Yes, one song.

Still waiting on how he is remotely as good in 2015 as he was in 2002, let alone as good, such as you say.

Rap God is good/impressive because of his lyrical creativity and speed, same as Speedom
Recovery is good/impressive because of Eminem's ability to completely change his style in one year. Not two years like with MMLP to TES, but ONE year. He went from a serial killer to a man trying to get his life back on track.
Bad Guy is good/impressive as it a sequel to Stan, and it's obvious he put care into the song because of that fact.

    :wtfno: Who cares?:drake5:

If this is the case then we should be praising Encore for the greatest showmanship of musical artwork in history because he went from classic status to trash in a matter of 2 years :jr:

    Why does it matter :drake4:

when listening to "Gone" on Compton, Kendrick's flow in the beginning is what people call a stop-go flow. "You look at my lifestyle *pause* I'm livin' my life now *pause*"... AND he speeds up the last line "I'm dealin with diligent Benjamin, how come my attitude piped down"..

Eminem does that and gets hate from every d--- direction... "OH HE'S DOING THAT STOP AND GO s--- AGAIN". now I'm not bashing Kenny's verse because it's amazing but if Eminem did it, people wouldn't be praising it... they'd be doing the opposite.

Only difference is Em stops the beat like he's delivered the best punchline of all time.

now the beat stopping is annoying as f--- I agree with you

but it's not always punchlines. he just stops is at the end of whatever line

Imo he gets treated fairly. Yes he gets more hate than he deserves from some people, but also too much praise -dickriding even- so it kind of makes it fair. I mean a decent/good verse on MM gets called the best thing he has done since TES lol wtf

That's because he has the largest fanbase of people that only listen to him than anyone else in Hip Hop.

Also most of the time Em does it he's stopping mid bar and in the end it just sounds messy. At least when Kenny does it it's more cohesive.
Exactly what I thought the 1st time I heard Medicine Man. Dre's verse did turn out great though.

Kendrick's flow on Gone can not be compared to Eminem.

They are only alike at face value, the real specifics of the verses are very different.

okay but are you saying if Em did that verse in the same style, it'd be praised just as much?

    I seriously doubt it.

If, hypothetically speaking, Eminem delivered the exact same verse K.dot did on that in the exact same way K.dot did on that, I promise you no one would diss the verse.

it would be 130% praised as much, dude we are not blindly hating on Em..maybe some do, but the majority dont..if you cant see how godly Kdot flow was on Gone..it would make me feel rly rly rly sad

you honestly think if Em somehow managed to drop a flow like that, someone would hate?

Lyrically, Em is the best he has ever been. No doubt he's in his second prime. But Raw is pretty corny tbh
