    You would've been onto something if it wasn't for the fact that I never made one thread in there:biz:

    Nowadays, I'm far more removed from the constant OT gimmicks and trolls than you think. It's usually the same thing repeated over and over again and I've mostly lost interest

    I think being an anime fan is better than supporting grown men scaring new users away and embarrassing the site by trolling

    I didn't really understand that comparison :jordan:

    Yeah, I want it stickied.

    My opinion hasn't changed, I still believe that a sub-section is deserved or at the very least should be tested out

    Anime is a completely different type of entertainment. Not even remotely similar to serial drama television shows

    Besides, SD's already have their own rightful section.

    Music section isn't even divided up into genres. Movies & Television is much less active and doesn't need to be either.

    Movies and television is also a rightful anime section. Animes are either television shows or movies, I don't really know what else to tell you.

    I didn't change the subject. You are the one who kept bringing up the basement, which is largely irrelevant to the conversation, as sections are made on a case-by-case basis. The basement being made or not being made doesn't affect the chances of anime getting or not getting a section. The only thing that affects anime getting a section is whether or not there is a need for it. If you guys prove there's a need for an anime sxn, then I'm all for it, but it doesn't seem at all necessary at the moment. Make some more threads and keep the sticky active and we'll see where it goes.

    Don't spam these discussions just for the sake of getting your own subsection.

    Kinda weird you guys waited until yesterday to absolutely NEED an Anime subsection, when Anime threads have been almost completely absent from SectionEighty since we launched.
