    except having a subsection in movie/tv for a genre like anime makes perfect sense

    If I'm trying to prove my case as to why a SS is a good idea, why wouldn't I bring up the most recent addition?

    But what you said earlier contradicts that.

    You said that it mainly depends on how many people want it. Not on a case-by-case basis :50:


    Except for the fact that there is a much,much,much larger following of anime than travis

    Besides.. they asked for a whole section. That's obviously out of reach, especially for Travis. All I'm asking for is a sub-section that won't affect anybody that doesn't want to be involved and will increase and encourage activity for discussion

    @Akio how does saying it depends on how many people want it and we judge them on a case-by-case basis contradict itself? How many people want it is a part of judging it on a case-by-case basis.

    Nah b. No more sections or sub-sections coming for quite a while now, the idea is not to spread discussion over multiple sub forums when one will do.

    That's like giving the NFL it's own subsection in sports.

    i can see sections cluttering the site and s---, i just dont get how sub-sections hurt activity. if anything, it might drive posters into as section like movie/tv more often than before, no?

    idc either way im just here to #FightThePower

    Nah I'm with that, if sections move too fast, then we'll start spreading them out.

    We just need to be conscious of the mistakes we made on SL and not repeat them. We had a sub-section for every major label, and what that did was k--- the activity in the music section. That's also why we won't see any more artist sections without one being deleted to make room first :idk:

    I'll continue to make it become more and more popular across the forum until a sub-section is required

    yo you don't want to see what the music section will become if eminem ever got deleted. :laff: you will see a "did kim dye her hair again?" thread next to the "clipse appreciation thread" in music :laff:

    plus we got a 600k+ like facebook for eminem, so that s--- drives mad traffic.
