    We're in the off-season at the moment.

    The season doesn't start until March. The draft is on next week though.

    Usually games are played on weekends. Friday night, Saturday afternoon, Saturday night etc etc

    Season starts again in March, generally they play:
    Friday - 1 night game
    Saturay 3 day games, 2 night games
    Sunday - 3 day games

    Something like that^^

    We've introduced some Thursday night games too, Mondays didn't take off - that's an American thing I think haha.

    And pick Collingwood, join the dark side, the biggest and most hated team in all of Aussie sport :emeh:

    I'm pretty sure you can watch the games for free on the website as well, all overseas people can I'm pretty sure. It's annoying because you can't do it in Aus, as some games are only on our cable and lots of people don't have it.

    Yeah, it's just a result from the bidding, every few years there's bidding and in the last two, one of the free to air channels has teamed up with out cable network. I mean I've got cable so it doesn't bother me and there's no ads etc. but yeah it's f----- for people who can't afford it.

    tbh, I think I saw an AFL game on my cable channel one day last year.. I have verizon fios, so I have a channel that shows overseas sports

    I have to look it up and see..but idk if it's a regular thing

    I think I've heard of some US channels televising it sometimes. You guys definitely get the Grand Final (our Superbowl) on one of your channels.

    Watchin the intro thing on Fox Footy now. Turns out a guy who's in a horse with dad is the old man of Weideman who they reckon will go top 10.

    Fox footy's pretty much the only reason I have foxtel tbh. I reckon there'll be a few surprises tonight. Weitering and Schache are locks for 1 and 2 though.

    There was a preview of a player before I think his last name was Lee (Brandon Lee maybe?) f--- me he's 99kg already he looks in real good knick and ready to go.
