    What you need to do is Pre-order the game, You will receive an email named "Your Amazon Promotional Code" Take the code you're given and then go to..

    https://www.callofduty.com/blackops3/beta then register your beta code where it says redeem code.
    Once you fill everything out and it says congratulations you are apart of Black ops 3 Beta (PS4 starts 19th August)

    THEN... Cancel your amazon pre order, you paid no money and you got access to it.

    if you set your system language to Japanese you can download it off the store.
    cancel the download return to normal language
    and restart the download
    that's what i did anyways
