We don't know the person behind the account personally so we don't know if that person is stupid as f--- and doesn't know how to use grammar or if they're just lazy/not bothered. So on here it's one way to judge, but not the only way. It's also more pleasant to read. It also shows more effort, thus you're inclined to take it more seriously.
