Can my boy just go through one off season drama free? Not injured for the 1st time in years now he has to deal with this. His lawyer also said this is the 3RD time she's gotten a lawyer and tried to come after him for the same allegations.

Also should be noted TMZ was the 1st to "break" this story. No actual quotes in their article, and the woman identified herself as "Jane Doe". FOH. Sucks but since she went public she'll probably get paid. What's a couple stacks to the windy city assassin?

Its one of his exes. Shes claiming she was at his house in Cali when he asked her to have sex with him and his friends. She says she said no and got drugged, escaped, only to have them all break into her house and r--- her later that night.

This was while he was recovering from his torn acl. At the time he was still in a relationship with his baby momma, and was flying to China to promote his new shoe.

She says she was too embarrased to come out after it happened, thinking she would bring shame to her family. Shes also sueing for damages, not filing charges.

Obviously this isnt impossible so we have to wait for the situation to play out, but it sounds like bs to me. She got drugged, somehow managed to escape back home, and they broke into her house and r---d her? She says that she only remembers flashes, but clearly remembers it being them. Why wait 2 years, only to sue for damages instead of pressing charges? Sounds like a bitter side piece trying to get paid, and the s-----y part is she probably will. Derrick makes over 25 million a year, he doesn't seem like the type of guy to jeprodize that for something so crazy.
