    Agree, might just be because of nostalgia reasons, but the amount of gameplay between RSE/FRLG and Colosseum/XD Gale of Darkness is insane. And they're all compatible. Emerald is my favorite game oat period and I love how much they improved upon RS. ORAS was honestly a step back from Emerald again, focusing more on visuals and story rather than gameplay.

    Yeah I got a lot of love for Gen III but Johto Gen II is my favourite OAT. First ever series in colour and the Gen II starters are probably my favourite out of all gens.

    Way too young to have played gen 2, when i first started playing Fire Red and Emerald were THE s---. Gen1 has most of my favorite pokemon in fire red. But it has the worst elite 4 tbh, and the gen 2 remakes had that cool red fight at the end (well its after the end, but meh)

    I actually bought a gameboy micro, and fire red & emerald with original boxes a couple of weeks ago. My stepbrother is giving me his wii, which means I can install Nintendon't on an SD card and play any Gamecube/Wii titles. That way I now have the full gen 3 pokemon experience. I just have to get to Battle Frontier on Emerald now and it's on.

    Looking for nicknames though, gonna name my Gardevoir Ayanami because waifu memes, but have no idea for the others. Maybe Gale or something for Swellow? It sounds better on Lugia or something.

    Maaaaaaaaaaan I remember using my friends Gameboy Micro back in primary school and throwing it in a fit of rage over some argument.

    Massive guilt wave just washed over me just then. :wow2: :sad1:

    Gameboy Micro is like the Lamborghini of handheld consoles, the design is pure art. It's also got the highest pixel density of any Nintendo handheld ever.
