    yeah im gonna try work this out today. that festival plaza thing needs you to sign up and sync your pokemon online trainer/GO account or whatever the f--- its called for you to be able to use all the features properly.

    I think friend code is something like, you make a mii for your 3ds when you get it, think its that? or i think you can friend people in pokemon directly through friend codes? but i havent looked into it yet (every pokemon game has been weird/changes how friend codes f---ing work)

    Go to Home Screen and then go into Mii Maker. Make a Mii and then go back into Home Screen and click on the orange block with a smiley face on it. That's your friend list.

    yeah sounds kinda cool, but only thing im not sure on is a few people have said they got the same mon when doing the island scan. really hope its not some 1 mon per island bs.
    you are a filthy gaijin and disgrace to the Vietnam race and will be forever called "the gweilo" if you don't turn exp share off.

    :bookah: I seen that. It's just a side-game they added to boost happiness (cause you need happiness on certain mons to evolve them - they had similar things in previous games and i never used them lol)

    i think i remember there was these beauty pagents in gen 3 thats when i checked out of pokemon
    i bought Y when i got my 3ds a few years ago and there was all this "your mon will evolve into this variation if you level him up while he's happy and carrying an apricot in the first 3 hours after 12:00pm on sunday, wednesday or saturday" and all these ridiculous evolution circumstances

    maybe im just not cut out for pokemon anymore i feel old

    i got a level 20 cubone right now and dunno if i can be bothered playing today because to evolve it it needs to hit level 24... at night time! and i need the marowak/cubone to f--- up this salazzle totem that's nearly OHKO all my s---

    but yeah @theg i've found ignoring a lot of the side stuff makes for a better experience. in the other games it was like
    >new town
    >new gimmick
    >try it out

    now i just don't bother unless people online say "hey this is f---ing sick" like festival plaza/pelago

    Post your teams so far, guys. All's I got is a level 9 Popplio and a bunch of lame level 3's I'm gonna ditch, but soon I'm gonna pick up that Munchlax and keep him in my team I think. He knows a move like False Swipe

    Even with all 3 I get my s--- wrecked by the salazzle totem and from what I'm Reading online, everyone playing has/is getting stuck at specific totem Mons. A lot of people are picking water/Fire starter then getting stomped by the water totem Pokemon, where as I OHKO that piece of s--- (trying not to spoil)

    Nice team so far!

    And that's cool, I'm looking forward to those.. glad they're challenging. I like to have to use strategy to battle. I was forced to during my OR play through I just finished cuz I stupidly tried to get through the whole game only using Sceptile and once I got to the elite 4 I was screwed. Had to go Bulbapedia and figure out type advantages for each one and use 50 revives :mjcry:

    The bird has a pretty cool toucan final evolution, I might want to use that guy
