This is tough. I have a lot of nostalgia tied to all the music from that year. If you break it down, TC & his freebies from 2011 are better than IYRTITL and the free tracks from 2015. His output has been much greater this year, but for me, the quality of 2011 >>> the output of 2015. I didn't think Kanye would drop anything better than CD & LR and we got MBDTF, so I won't say it's impossible for him to top it, I just don't think this is the year unless the Future tape & Views are near classics.Fire Squad, Koke, Disclosure and 1 other person like this. -

Lets think about this for a minute guys. Everything he touched turn to gold. 2011 was the year when the dude became my favourite artist. He released a classic 10/10 album in Take Care, its unreal how many great songs are on there. Not to mention all of the countless features and random gems he dropped like it was nothing. Take a look at this people:
I'm probably forgetting more, but that is a massive stash of quality music in the space of 12 months. This Drake was amazing, and I don't think he can ever get back to that level if I'm honest. Oh and I would have given my left nut for a Weeknd x Drake collab album back then. What do you guys think? @DrakeSXNLast edited: Sep 12, 2015Poohdini, Mike Tyson, Nori and 1 other person like this.(This ad goes away when signing up) -

Take Care is a 10/10 classic?
If that's the case, Chad Warden doesn't feel bad about calling Teflon Don a classic.
