Anyone ever had weird dreams that have almost imitated a future occurrence? Had ones where they've communicated with a deceased person? Had recurring ones? Wtf do you think dreams are?

d---, this popped into my head when I saw the title. But yeah, night before I told this girl I wanted to be with her, I had a dream about leaving her (which I had done the night prior). Now we're together :D

One of the weirdest dream related things I've heard my old man had.

His cousin passed away and there was this painting of a sunset with a park bench facing it in his house. Dad had a dream after he died that he was in the painting sitting on the bench with his cousin, it was clear as day they were having a conversation etc.

Anyway, he just found it surreal how clear it was and called his cousin's wife and told her about the dream. She said he was the third person who had called that day to say the EXACT same story.

I find that f---in weird

I've had sleep paralysis a number of times throughout my life and I can honestly say that those few times were the scariest moments of my life. Especially the first time, because I was younger, I had no idea it existed and that alone frightened me, let alone all the s--- I would see. Few more times it happened, I knew what it was, but it was still terrifying in it's own right. The last time it happened to me I though t-t was funny, because instead of seeing the usual demon shadow man whatever, I saw a heavy set man dancing in a truffle shuffle like manner lmao. The human mind is a crazy, crazy thing.
