    1 - They were looking for an excuse to fire you, you're either a mediocre worker or an a------ [no hate, just sayin from their viewpoint]
    2 - How long have you been there for? If you've been there for long enough you might have a worthy case
    3 - Appeal the decision and find a good rep to support you



    Have you got it on writing what has been said and whatnot?

    but would it be worth it? he'll have to pay for lawyers and s--- and dedicate his time to that, when he could just be moving on and finding another job. not to mention there's probably some stupid clause somewhere that makes it ok for the manager to do what she did :wow2:

    So i got my contract terminated today and the ONLY reason they gave was

    ....BECAUSE U WAS ILL (COLD)     they said that i brought negativity to the workplace since I was ill

    It was part time and I dont need the money but f--- them
