Oct 12, 2015 again the verse was way too complicated.. why can't he drop a verse without having to force me to head to rapgenius to understand everything? "mic check one too" was just stupid.
Oct 12, 2015 How dare you, that was a dope line and also these lyrics are the least complicated mumble jumble hes made in a long time
Oct 12, 2015 This in my opinion is probably the most relevant thing Em has done in a long a--- time, with most of his past releases not really hitting the public eye except when it's controversial. Doing a track with The Weekend was really smart because right now he's killing it out there, the fact that of all people Em was the one to do a song with him caught everyone off guard none of us was expecting this. I haven't seen social media actually f--- with Em's music in a long a--- time, since Rap God actually.
Oct 12, 2015 i may have deleted it... think mike will figure out how to go to iTunes without the link? i probably just ruined his day.
Oct 12, 2015 Finally a good flow from Em not a stop and go, this is hopefully a good indication where is going with his next project.
Oct 12, 2015 Imo he's one of the last persons that fits this kind of song and makes it better. He didn't ruin it though, I like parts of it
Oct 12, 2015 I agree that he doesn't fit the song . But overall he did pretty well. Wouldn't be my first choice lol
Oct 12, 2015 Despite the content and weird mixing, Eminem finally fixed his flow, making this the best thing he's put out since BME.
Oct 12, 2015 a clear simile? explain how a mic check is like having a dark side? This wasn't a simile it was a forced wack play on words. The s--- about the hills having POV and filming him was gay af too. It makes no sense to throw those lines together.. No one thinks his word play is good all it does it take away from actual meaning of the song. Imagine if these lines riddled great songs like space bound? they would've ruined the song like they did for legacy
Oct 12, 2015 He has a dark side, (like a mic check) she has one too (1, 2) Easy simile/wordplay, one of Eminem's better recent ones. Sorry you're struggling with this. Plenty of nearby community colleges offer evening classes on poetry and language at affordable prices if you need further help. Literally the entirety of Space Bound consists of these lines. Now I can't tell if you're being serious. "Love is evil, spell it backwards I'll show ya!"
