    I have been there not so long ago. October was pretty s-----y, but last week everything changed. I get my motivation again and I'm @able to focus on everything I have to do. I can assure you that it will get better with time. Keep your head up man.

    You shouldn't think of yourself that way for expressing how you feel. Guys have feelings too ..it's understandable.

    @Views I wish I could offer some good advice. I'm sorry that you're feeling this way. All I can really say is keep striving to reach your end goal. Also, try and do things that make you feel good and make you happy. I wish you all the best with everything.

    @shahidah yeah I know, but I am stuck with the whole I need to act tough and dont be weak s---. I guess venting can be useful some times

    The thing is I dont want to bring other people down. I know that when I talk with someone with s-----y attitude I start to feel s-----y myself and I dont want to be that guy.

    Honestly? It came out of nowhere. One day I woke up and I was constantly positive about everything that life will bring me upon. Everyone have bad days/weeks/months, but it will get better and you never know when it will happen.

    d--- man. I have felt something similar to this feeling before. Felt what it was like feeling solitary and seen n----s I knew since Day 1 switch jerseys. Its the worst feeling and when I felt it, my thoughts were drowned with these feelings as well. Its hard to move past the part where all that negativity fills your mind because you start thinking that life will never change from the point your at. Just try and negate those thoughts tho man. You will eventually get past it, it might take a long time but depression isn't a thing that lasts forever.

    And try to get some sleep too n-----. You will feel less s-----y I promise.

    Sometimes you gotta be selfish and put yourself first before thinking of others. Take care of yourself and things will fall into place.

    I've always wondered if I've had depression or not but it's more so that I've been in a long-a--- slump/hit a wall. Keep yourself busy and or exercise. It'll give you a natural high and keep your mind off of things.
