Oct 23, 2015 It depends. If you're talking about literally the Slim Shady LP as it was now coming out then no. If it was a similar theme maybe but the thing is back then it was still relatively fresh. His timing was nothing short of impeccable there was not a better time period for him to come out. I really don't know how he'd go. If a similar album to SSLP was made but adapted to take shots at current events/celebrities I think he still would blow up a bit and he'd be seen as the guy not to f--- with when it comes to Drake and s---. In the whole trailer trash guy vs. Weird dancing guy in his new vid. I think it'd still work but nothing can outdo his original blow up.

Oct 23, 2015 If you dragged 2ear old Eminem into 2015 and hemade and dropped an album in 2015 and started his career from here on out he'd be just as popular as he was back then. SSLP 2015 version wouldve just been something with modern production, references and etc. Gotta think a lot of Ems success came from his knowledge of how to adapt with his environment. He was abrasive in all the right ways then and he'd be the same now.
