the other side of the coin as @captain awesome was trying to articulate last week.



I've been in classes like this, I've been friends with people like this (tho not as bad).

It's absolutely gross.

This is definitely the kind of behavior that requires being forcefully removed by a security guard of some sort -- just to control the situation. The task of actually figuring out how to help the kids that are this far gone still remains..

that was pretty hard to watch.. as a matter of fact i didnt even watch all of it. but uh, yeah, kids have always been like this man. difference is now its being recorded all the time. my father has some pretty f----- up stories about kids totally wildin on teachers, throwing books out the window, handcuffing teachers to chairs and s---. don't know what the solution is. its f----- in chicago man i dont even know what they could possibly do about kids like that.

Ive never even gone to a school that wasn't "well ranked" blah blah blah, but I've still dealt with people verbally abusing teachers, even almost poisoning them (with white out)

It's not even an income thing half the time. Like this happens in small Jewish suburbs as well as Chicago

no need to go to the school ranking thing that captain awesome was bragging about, that made me laugh that he would even bother with that.there's gonna be ignorant stupid kids in any school, you're right about that bruv. the thing is kids these days have no respect for adults sometimes because we live in such a PC world, it's not "OK" for teachers to do anything physical to these stupid kids. i remember once in 5th grade some kid was talking smack to my school chorus teacher and the teacher simply pulled the kid off of the rafters and smacked him upside the head just to make an example out of him in front of everybody. stuff like that would (sadly) go a long way and make some of these kids respect adults. i guess thats controversial but sometimes ignorant kids need to get embarrassed

I got hit all the time in India. To the extent my mom went into the school and demanded they fire the teacher who was a frequent offender

And this was all between the ages of 3-5 (I moved to the us when I was 5). Crazy.

It's about discipline but what you're describing is still the easy way out I think...you need a strong foundation at home first and foremost

But even then some people are just inexplicably gone...it's like growing pains to an extent it'll effect everyone differently and some kids don't always process it well regardless of other external factors

For them you need good guidance systems in place at schools

No, but using force to remove them from the room and deescalate the situation is fine with me in cases like this

Man that class is a f---ing mess, being a substitute teacher must s--- a---. No one takes them seriously.
I mean in most schools subs are treated like s--- but this is a just another level.

These the type of kids that look like they are too late to be saved.

if i was ever a teacher and a kid trying to do this i'd grab the yard stick and shove it right up the little c----'s a--- so far... kids like this are f---ing pathetic.
