Overrated song: My dads gone crazy and Headlights, especially Headlights.
Underrated song: Groundhog day
Maybe because it has tons of awful hooks, beats and punchlines. Maybe it's his best album since 8Mile, but that doesn't say much when Recovery is a 5/10 at most admidst other albums which are between 2 and 4/10.
Agreed. Although I'd rather listen to Bad Guy II than anything off Recovery.
If I Had is extremely cliched and poorly written imo, a third grader could've written it. One of the SSLP's worst tracks. Not even close to Rock Bottom smh
Deja Vu is a perfect song. The outro should've been a bit longer though.

I think SSLP in a way is the weaker of the first 3 but I never here it praised as much as MMLP and TES. MMLP deserves all the praise it gets but TES doesn't have that same feel. He cut back too much on the style and sound that made MMLP so good.
Underrated might is MMLP2 as far as this forum goes at least. It definitely has a couple of songs and a few moments that take away from the album but it still has great highs. When we got Recovery I never thought we'd hear songs like Rap God, Brainless, Evil Twin etc. He might not of followed the true direction of revisiting or making it really sound like the first one but all in all its still a good album from an artist who has nothing left to prove and is just making music for fun.
