Nov 18, 2015 In order to solve a situation, one must learn where the problem lies. I guarantee everyone US foreign policy is almost solely to blame for the chaos and utter destruction of the middle east and the resentment that grew from it. Not Obama but Bush was the one starting it and making it worse. Obama tried to de-escalate the amount of civilians dying by stopping to 'try and make a democracy' out of a country that they had animosity towards.
