Nov 18, 2015 Why do they invade countries? Because they can. That is it. Right there. Throughout human history, the richest & most powerful countries win and get to write a chapter in history. This will never change. It may take different forms, but it's essentially the same concept. Racism is a word/label used to shame those who disagree. It is also used as a word to call out ignorance. Unfortunately, it has been tainted. The lines blurred a bit in the past 15 years or so. Don't act like countries don't have blood on their hands everywhere. That line was crossed a long time ago.

Arm the men and make them fight and give them a better country. We have veterans and poor people here to look after. We can't save every one.

Nov 18, 2015 i dont even know how to respond to this.... Self centered!? how?! i put forward my opinions and people happen to disagree and we debate about it. Im not saying i have all the answers. Ive shown empathy for the refugees in this thread as well as others. I feel terrible for what is going on and i know that my country is responsible for what is happening and im angered about our inaction when it comes to isis. Ive stated my stance on the refugees so im not gonna go in to total detail but i will say that if there is a way to weed out the bad people coming in and its a temporary move, then i dont have a problem with refugees coming in.
