As long as there are people, there will always be people that think dumb, ignorant s---. The them v us mentality always exists on every topic. So while we can promote equality, racism will not disappear.

so you are telling me if racism is taught everywhere to be bad and wrong then it will slowly start to fade away?

because if you told someone 30 years ago that there would be a black president of america theyd tell you to f--- off

how is that not an example of racism slowly moving to the minority?

No. It will never go away. Obama winning doesn't mean anything because since then half his supporters have turned on him, they feel he didn't do his job. (and not to mention probably more blacks registered to vote that year) America is still very much racist, like every other place

I guess I get that. For me I think it's a great thing. People will learn more from each others cultures and the world will become a melting pot. Not colors, no dividing lines, just people. A world where we aren't divided by race, sexuality, gender, and beliefs excites me. If everything goes well and were still here by then, 200 years from now should be a great time for humanity and for earth/our wider universe. Hopefully.

Also it's not a question of will, it's a question of when. Like I said, there will be no dividing lines a couple hundred years from now. None of this (Racism, homophobia) will matter.

The second one (Nat Geo) relates more to this. It's not to far off honestly.
