Dec 5, 2015this is an incredible three-song run but i'd submit that:
"Mo Money Mo Problems" --> "n----s Bleed" --> "I Gotta Story To Tell"
is even better

I was listening to Life After Death today for the first time in a while and I hit these final 3 tracks and never realized how great these songs were lined up with each other. They all flow perfectly into the next one.
1.
You get Diddy giving his rants on the intro and outro of the track and then what I believe to be BIG's best rapping the whole track
2.
BIG sings a real eerie hook on this
2nd verse of this song is my favorite
I'm flaimin gats, aiming at, these f---in maniacs, put my name in raps, what part of the game is that?
3.
Diddy finds his way onto this track as well.
BIG's flows over this dark beat so easily, sounds effortless and beyond smooth
Climb the ladder to success, escalator style

It's hard to argue with that....three tremendous tracks to end a tremendous album.
Thing is, there's several stretches in BIG's music that makes me laugh at 80% of other rappers music.
Last Day - I Love The Dough - What's Beef?
Mo Money Mo Problems - n----s Bleed - I Got a Story to Tell
Things Done Changed - Gimme The Loot - Machine Gun Funk - Warning - Ready to Die
The What - Juicy - Everyday Struggle
Unbelievable - Suicidal Thoughts - Who Shot Ya? - Just Playin (Dreams)
The one you listed is arguably the best though, no doubt.
@Soldier BIG's second verse on Long Kiss Goodnight is actually one of my favorite verses from him ever.Ordinary Joel, Soldier, DKC and 2 others like this. -
