No health is cool but juicing and calling it juicing is really gay.

@JFK should I start juicing if I don't already? What are benefits of it?

I have a blendtec so it's not technically juicing. But every morning for breakfast I make a smoothie with almond milk, protein, kale, spinach, celery, carrots, cucumbers, and mixed berries (the berries overpower the taste of all the veggies) and it's great. I've been doing it for about 2 years and after getting used to it I've been pretty conscious about just eating healthy in general.

Getting a Blend Tec or Vitamix would be a great decision if you don't already have one. You can make so much s--- in a matter of minutes. I use mine to make Hummus, soup, vegetable or fruit dips, smoothies, etc. Although they're expensive it's honestly a great investment. I used to run through s-----y $40-$50 blenders every 6 months or so. This is one of those one time purchases and you're good, plus it comes with a 10 year warranty from Costco so if a newer one comes out you can just walk in and pay the difference from the original purchase price and you've got the newest one.

In my opinion, smoothies are better than juices because you get everything.
The issue with juicing is you're not getting any of the fibre that you'd get by eating the fruits/vegetables, and without the fibre it's harder for your body to absorb the nutrients.
