Nah. But Eminem Show is. Extremely overrated. Criminally overrated. By most of you. LOL! It's a good album. Great album. Arguable classic. But ti is not Eminem's best. 6 songs I could do without. I can only think of 3 I could do without on MMLP.

Greatest Song Writer and overall Artist ever in Hip Hop and the best ever at singing as far as rappers who sing. Makes the most catchy music ever as well

Only Hip-Hop Artist that can make deep songs so catchy hence why every deep song he releases is a smash hit that sells millions and is all over radio others like B.o.B and Kid Cudi have that ability to but not to the level of Eminem

Only Hip-Hop Artist that can release a deep/emotional song and every teenage girl fingers their self over the song and worships the song. So if the girls like it automatically dudes will like what songs the girls like too

Drake is also popular amongst teenage girls but look at Drakes numbers and Eminem's numbers as far as record sales and they don't add up Eminem's sales makes Drake sales look piss poor and this not a digg at Drake just stating a fact that Eminem's popularity amongst females not even just females but popularity in general is and will be unmatched by anyone else

But there is many better MC's

U have to ask yourself if u not an Eminem fan

Why is it that high selling popular artists who once sold crazy high units such as The Bacxkstreat Boys, Nelly, Britney Spears, NSYNC, Madonna sales declined so much yet since 1999 Eminem has continued selling so highly that's 16 years and to this day still being on top as far as sales

Let's look at it logically to have a 5 year run selling the highest is big but 16 years?

It has got to the stage where as long as he makes music he will forever sell high

How can anyone not be impressed?

WPG is right, Eminem doesn't have a classic album, if by classic we mean a perfect, 10/10 album without a single bad or skippable song and every song fits and adds to the previous.
What Eminem does have is an incredible streak of the first three albums that defined who and what he is. Those albums are not perfect, but they're Eminem classics, meaning they are everything we love about Eminem. There are skippable songs there, maybe not necessarily bad songs, but certainly some songs or at least features that take away from the whole experience.

Though, a perfect 10/10 album usually means a boring album because it takes a very safe approach. Universally good songs are most often boring songs that talk about a safe subject.

Or, for example, everyone considers Illmatic a classic, and it very well may be a good album without a single bad song, but it's also a boring album. At least to me. So I'd rather take an Eminem album with a few misses but overall fun than Illmatic which is a classic, but boring.

This isn't the case at all. No one says this lmao.

A list of truly perfect albums that don't have any flaws would be a very, very small list.

    @Spatula and @WPG
classic is not a 10/10 album (that is a subjective value judgment lol), classic is measured by the album's impact, the album's effect on the population, the album's effect and impact on the industry, the album's effect on the genre(s), the album's effect on the culture, on the market, on the trends, etc. Classic is measured by the context in which the album was dropped, the factors which motivated it, etc. There are many classic albums with "skippable" tracks, or tracks everyone doesn't like. Eminem, without a doubt, has at the very least, two classic albums (MMLP and TES) in his discography. f---, even Recovery can be seen as a modern-day classic in terms of how large that album was, what it meant, how it impacted the genre, industry, etc. LTWYL is, like it or not, an iconic single of that time period as far hip-hop goes.

    Definition of classic:
    1) a work of art of recognized and established value.
    2) judged over a period of time to be of the highest quality and outstanding of its kind

If you were to remove MMLP, TES, and (arguably) the SSLP from the genre, hip-hop would not be the same...at all. Those albums are central foci of hip-hop between 1999 and 2002. Those albums are just as important than GRODT, Capital Punishment, Lifestylez of Poor & Dangerous, Reasonable Doubt, Blueprint, Stillmatic, Ready to Die, Life After death, All Eyez on Me, etc. To say otherwise is to be a biased, blind fool who has no grasp on the actual weight of these albums and Eminem's discography.

if you really think The Eminem Show had a palpable effect on rap music, you need to go outside more

Forget rap music, that album impacted the entire entertainment industry (like all massive albums do). You need to go outside more and expand your limited views on hip-hop and reevaluate your analysis of Eminem's discography. Take yourself out of your personal opinions, it isn't that difficult to see how MMLP and TES are, without a doubt, classic albums.
