Dec 19, 2015 Toss up between Eminem and Kanye. Eminem hasnt stopped getting better since Bad Meets Evil, he's regained some of his Shady wit although he hasnt applied it the best, he has the ability to flow amazingly as long as he keeps things under control and he's acknowledged his major criticisms this year already. Shady Xv showed that theres nothing but potential there. And Kanye requires far less explanation considering he's got a string of classics and doesnt even have one below par project with his name on it. These two could drop something super creative next year
