    A Makonnen and Kanye West Collaboration Could Be Coming Soon

    With his ILOVEMAKONNEN2 EP released last month, Makonnen is now currently prepping his first full-length album, and it sounds like the Atlanta artist has some big names lined up for the tracklist. In a new interview with Paper Mag Makonnen revealed that he's already recorded music with both Kanye West and Rick Rubin and is planning a recording session with David Guetta. Still, it sounds like there might be a while before the album sees a release as Makonnen admitted that he's taking some time off, saying, "I'm excited to take a break from all of this running around. I'm looking forward to traveling and enjoying things, because I feel like enjoyment has been taken away."
